1. Nature of the Service
Velarion Markets provides quantitative market analysis software, educational courses on Spot Gold (XAUUSD) and Forex trading, and an Introducing Broker (IB) connection to JustMarkets. Velarion Markets is an independent technology and education provider. Velarion Markets does not hold, custody, or manage client funds, and does not operate as a depository institution, banking firm, or registered investment fund.
2. Mandatory Broker Referral & Funded Deposit Requirements
Planned Velarion access is 100% free on condition that you register through this website’s JustMarkets link and referral attribution is verified under partner code tohstb0d83. Create a demo MT5 account at the broker, then return using its associated email and a separate Velarion password. A trading account ID is mandatory for the planned verification step, but an ID or email alone does not prove registration, ownership or attribution. After the first five lessons, the intended checkpoint requires a live trading account ID and trustworthy evidence of at least USD 50 deposited before lessons 6–30. All 30 lessons and authoritative assessments remain required for graduation. Broker fees, deposits and market losses are your responsibility; USD 50 is not a guarantee of safe capital or a broker minimum. This local review does not implement the checkpoint or enable enrollment, course delivery, assessments, account linking or trading. Referral and volume-based IB compensation create a conflict of interest.
3. Independent Account Custody & Withdrawal Authority
All trading deposits, equity, and realized gains remain under the 100% exclusive custody of your regulated broker account at JustMarkets. Velarion Markets never requests, collects, or stores your broker master passwords, investor passwords, or withdrawal pins. You retain sole authority and discretion over deposits and withdrawals directly with JustMarkets at all times.
4. Automated Trading Activation & Risk Governance
Linking, funding or completing School does not initiate trading. Future automation requires independent execution-account ownership verification, separate account-scoped explicit consent, confirmed risk settings, operational approval and exact authenticated worker acknowledgement. Demo testing, automation and live trading remain disabled here. No income while studying or future profitability is guaranteed; automation may lose the entire deposit. Financial control over deposits and withdrawals remains with you directly at the broker.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
All quantitative signals, market analyses, diagrams, and educational lessons are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Past performance, backtest simulations, and hypothetical compounding models do not guarantee future performance. You acknowledge that trading leveraged contracts involves high risk of loss.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Jurisdiction Notice
Velarion Markets operates in compliance with international technological best practices. In jurisdictions such as Kenya, offering commercial automated trade execution or discretionary trading services may require licensing under the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Act. Kenya legal and regulatory review remains required before commercial deployment; this review is not evidence of CMA authorization or a scheduled audit. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws applicable in their country of residence.
7. Limitation of Liability
Velarion Markets and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from trading execution, broker slippage, internet disconnections, software bugs, or market volatility.
